Post Valentines Day gift to my blog readers. A real find of a workout program!


I did this and gained weight when it was hard for me to gain weight. This routine involving bodyweight exercise could be done every day at home and without weights!

Tabata Training

I have started doing an exercise routine called "Tabata" on my gym's treadmill, and I have to say it feels great to do and I get done with that workout within 10 to 15 minutes.

Tabata Training is intense running designed to burn body fat and build cardiovascular capacity at the same time. I first came across it when I read about it in an MMA magazine. When I first searched the internet, a good website I found with information was


 Check it out, it is a very intense workout, so ease into it and only do a few rounds of "Tabatas".

Why call myself Game and Box? Well I believe life is a game of rules and I love the sport of boxing. Another way I thought of it was because I love all types of card games, board games, and video games that used to come in a box.
