Tabata Training

I have started doing an exercise routine called "Tabata" on my gym's treadmill, and I have to say it feels great to do and I get done with that workout within 10 to 15 minutes.

Tabata Training is intense running designed to burn body fat and build cardiovascular capacity at the same time. I first came across it when I read about it in an MMA magazine. When I first searched the internet, a good website I found with information was

 Check it out, it is a very intense workout, so ease into it and only do a few rounds of "Tabatas".

  3. Inside at a gym or home treadmill would be ideal in these cold weather conditions at this time. Working out in very cold weather is bad for the lungs.
